Can you gain weight from running? This is part one of a two part series asking if you can weight from running. Well, this video, and the following one, will be answering that question (spoiler: YES!) and explaining why it may happen and what you can do to avoid it. Gaining weight even though you run can really happen to any of us. Know my tips to prevent any unwanted weight gain and understand that not all weight gain is a bad thing!
