TOES TO BAR + L EG RAISES
This is my way of extending a set of toes to bar to train my abs effectively. This is essentially an intensity technique that combines a full ROM set with a long-length partial reps set. I do not recommend applying this intensity technique to any and every exercise as that will pile up a ton of fatigue! However, abs recover relatively quickly, so you should be fine with pushing the intensity close to failure .
