Running Everyday For A Week: Weight Loss Motivation | SCCASTANEDA

I woke up today and decided I was going to challenge myself to run everyday for a week. I have been struggling to lose weight and to stay motivated. I took one day at a time and in this video you will see the running every day results of a beginner and my weight loss motivation! I was my own motivation and I hope it will help encourage those of you who may be thinking about it – to do it today! I’ll be continuing to do my running every morning and I can’t wait to show you all the results in a month!
